The important thing about writing a letter to a legislator is to keep it punchy and to the point. Above all, it must be personal, referencing your specific business by name and specific instances you have seen that document the trade practice we are trying to prohibit.

Make sure that you are precise in telling the legislator what you want him/her to do. In this case, the bottom line is for you to ask them to tell their Caucus Leadership to have the House pass Senate Bill 198 as quickly as possible.
